Booking Terms & Conditions
*HIGH SEASON- All outstanding balances need to be paid 21 days prior to your stay.
Customers must be over 18 years of age to make a booking.
Check in is at 2pm unless other arrangements are made prior.
Check out is at 10am on day of departure. Please return key to reception or place in key box.

NOISE: Please be respectful of the enjoyment of others within the park by restricting noise from television, music and social gatherings between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

PARKING one car space is provided for most sites. Please park your vehicle in this allotted position and not on the roadways. If an extra vehicle parking is required, please arrange with reception prior to parking.

The speed limit around the park is strictly walking pace PLEASE be aware of children at ALL times.

When leaving please leave your cabin/caravan site in a tidy state and use the facilities provided for rubbish disposal. Failure to do this may result in additional fees being charged.

PETS: Pets must be kept on leash at all times and waste must be collected and disposed of immediately. Pets are not permitted in communal areas. Park management reserves the right to disallow any pet at the caravan park that they deem not appropriate to stay.

BUNK BEDS: Please note that according to Australian Standards “top bunks and elevated beds are considered dangerous and not recommended for children under the age of 9 years””

Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the showers, toilets, camp kitchen, laundry, pool and playground.

POOL: Please be aware that there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. All children under 15 years of age are to be supervised by an adult whilst in the pool area.

All park owned accommodation are strictly NON-SMOKING. Smoking is not permitted in the amenities, camp kitchen, laundry or pool area. An additional cleaning fee may be incurred if smoke is detected in your cabin.
