Mildura Holiday and Corporate Accommodation provide a variety of short stay accommodation options for holiday makers and corporate clientele working in the area that require luxury and spacious houses, townhouses or apartments. All accommodation is fully furnished, self-contained and is a comfortable and economical alternative for singles, couples, families on holidays or corporate guests here on business. Properties offer extensive living space, recreation facilities and amenities. Fully furnished accommodation includes all furnishings, electrical appliances, linen, crockery and utilities.

Adult rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years.

Outdoor swimming pool is available at "Riverside on Eighth" holiday house only.

Cancellation Policy

The number of guests staying in each individual property is not to exceed the number booked.
Changes and Cancellations
All cancellations incur a $50.00 administration fee. If a cancellation is within [30] days of arrival the equivalent of one night's stay will be forfeited. Alterations after arrival do not qualify for any refund.
Guests arriving outside these times must contact Kim Curry 0419554478 during business hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night.
Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the booking manager for confirmation.
Guests are liable for any damage to the property during the stay. Charges will be imposed if the accommodation is left in an unreasonable condition. Please follow the information sheet at the property.
Any breakages or damage to the accommodation fittings or facilities will be charged to the Guest at replacement/repair cost plus 10%.
Guests are required to be over the age of 18 years and if not to be accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
No parties/large gatherings, no excessive noise, no pets, no fire pits allowed.
