Perfectly located in Mildura’s CBD, and only a short stroll to the supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants.

The Pine Avenue property has 2 Queen beds (Plus optional addition of king sofa bed or can be 2 singles and a single deluxe blow-up bed) and can sleep 7 guests.

Offering complimentary tea and coffee making provisions, bathroom amenities, Wi-Fi internet, and lock up garage/carport for two cars (additional vehicles will need to park on the street and adhere to Council parking restrictions). Daily servicing can be arranged for a fee, please call reception on 03 4021 2062 upon booking, same day requests cannot be accepted.
