This sophisticated holiday home comprises two living areas, chefs’ kitchen, butler’s pantry, four spacious bedrooms all with quality bedding. The spacious king Master Suite features its own ensuite, walk-in robe and TV. The other three Queen bedrooms all have built in robes, ceiling fans and televisions, so you can “indulge” in a lazy morning in bed. Main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Bed and bathroom linen is provided. This home has a ducted refrigerated ac/heating system.
Complete with an Al Fresco area to enjoy the endless daylight hours of Sunraysia, with built in Webber BBQ, ceiling heaters and a ceiling fan, a space to be enjoyed all year round.
The Dockside Marina property has four bedrooms, featuring 4 beds and can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. 1 King Beds, 3 Queen Beds.

From Deakin Avenue, turn right into Seventh Street, drive straight and turn left into King Avenue, turn left into Cureton Avenue, turn right into Dockside Drive, turn left into Bridge Way, drive to towards the end and 40 Bridge Way, Mildura is on the left before road sweeps to the right.
From NSW, as you come over the bridge into Mildura take your first left into Cureton Ave (BEFORE Seventh St round-about), turn left into Dockside Drive, turn left into Bridge Way, drive to towards the end and 40 Bridge Way, Mildura is on the left before road sweeps to the right.
Your self-access check in instructions including all relevant codes, will be provided two days prior to arrival, or upon booking if booked within two days of arrival date and once all mandatory details are attained to confirm booking.
Cancellation Policy
* Bookings are min 2 nights stay and min 3 nights over Easter and Mid-December to Mid-January.
Indulge Luxury Homes reservations require a minimum of up to $1000 deposit which is required to confirm the booking, if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking.
* All bookings attract a $150 cleaning surcharge per stay and will be charged direct from Indulge Apartments and Homes.
* A valid credit card in the name of the registered guest must be provided to cover the cleaning surcharge, bond pre-authorisation and any incidentals.
* The registered guest and credit card holder will be required to email through a photo of the front and back of their driver's licence prior to arrival to info@indulgeapartments.com.au
Cancellations for Indulge Luxury Homes properties will be accepted up to three weeks prior to arrival date (except during peak periods), a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the deposit paid will apply. In the event of a reservation cancellation being made after check-in or for no-shows, there is no refund applicable. There is no refund for cancellations made for Peak Period reservations and full payment is processed on booking.

•Long weekends
•Victorian Public holidays
•December 15 to January 15 (Christmas/New Year period)
•Easter Weekend
•Hattah Desert Race
•All Major Mildura Events (E.g: Country Music Festival Vanilla Slice Competition Mildura Jazz Food & Wine Festival etc)
