Directions
From Deakin Avenue, heading towards 7th Street, you will find Indulge Apartments - The Urban Collection on your left hand side (between 8th Street and 9th Street) - 63 Deakin Avenue, Mildura, in the Equity Chambers Building.
From NSW, coming off the bridge, turn right at 7th Street roundabout, travel straight down 7th Street and turn left into Deakin Avenue (at traffic lights), you will find Indulge Apartments - The Urban Collection on your right hand side (between 8th Street and 9th Street) - 63 Deakin Avenue, Mildura, in the Equity Chambers Building.
Car Parking :
Car park is at rear of building (Bowrings Lane between 8th Street and 9th Street). There are only two available onsite car parks - therefore parking is very limited and cannot be booked - it is a first in best parked basis, your parking permit MUST be displayed, which is found on the kitchen bench in your apartment. Management advises that guests park their vehicles at their own risk, and strongly encourage collecting the parking permit from the apartment before parking in the Indulge Apartments reserved car parks, so as to avoid a Mildura Rural City Council fine. There is on street parking in the CBD, however please be mindful of the time frames.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for Indulge Apartments properties will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival date (except during peak periods) a $5.50 cancellation fee applies. Once full payment is processed two days prior to arrival (except peak period bookings where total payment is processed on booking) no refunds will be given. In the event of a reservation cancellation being made after check-in or for no-shows there is no refund available. There is no refund available for cancellations made for Peak Period reservations. All bookings cancelled within two days of arrival are non-refundable.

*Long weekends
*Victorian Public holidays
*December 24 to January 10 (Christmas/New Year period)
*Easter Weekend
*Hattah Desert Race
*All Major Mildura Events (E.g: Country Music Festival Vanilla Slice Competition Mildura Jazz Food & Wine Festival etc)
N.B: Please note these events are subject to change without notice.
Bond: Indulge Apartments and Homes reserves the right to process a pre-authorisation on the credit card on file to be held as a bond to cover any incidental charges. All Indulge Apartments bookings for Friday and Saturday nights New Years Eve or other peak period dates will have a $300-500 bond pre-authorised on credit card provided by registered guest. All homes bookings require a bond pre-authorisation for all stays $500 bond for Indulge Homes - 77 Olive and $1000 bond for Indulge Luxury Homes - Marina 4 & Dockside Marina bookings. If funds are not available for bond pre-authorisation self check in access instructions for accommodation will not be provided. Note: Our bank releases the pre-authorised funds the day the pre-authorisation is cancelled however the guests own bank can hold their funds for up to six days this is out of our control and the guest is encouraged to follow up with their bank.
