Cancellations for Indulge Apartments properties will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival date (except during peak periods) a $5.50 cancellation fee applies. Once full payment is processed two days prior to arrival (except peak period bookings where total payment is processed on booking) no refunds will be given. In the event of a reservation cancellation being made after check-in or for no-shows there is no refund available. There is no refund available for cancellations made for Peak Period reservations. All bookings cancelled within two days of arrival are non-refundable. (For Indulge Homes bookings refer to Homes Cancellation Policy)
Peak Periods for Indulge Apartments include:
*Long weekends
*Victorian Public holidays
*December 24 to January 10 (Christmas/New Year period)
*Easter Weekend
*Hattah Desert Race
*All Major Mildura Events (E.g: Country Music Festival Vanilla Slice Competition Mildura Jazz Food & Wine Festival etc)
N.B: Please note these events are subject to change without notice.

Bond: Indulge Apartments and Homes reserves the right to process a pre-authorisation on the credit card on file to be held as a bond to cover any incidental charges. All Indulge Apartments bookings for Friday and Saturday nights New Years Eve or other peak period dates will have a $300-500 bond pre-authorised on credit card provided by registered guest. All homes bookings require a bond pre-authorisation for all stays $500 bond for Indulge Homes - 77 Olive and $1000 bond for Indulge Luxury Homes - Marina 4 & Dockside Marina bookings. If funds are not available for bond pre-authorisation self check in access instructions for accommodation will not be provided.  Note: Our bank releases the pre-authorised funds the day the pre-authorisation is cancelled however the guests own bank can hold their funds for up to six days this is out of our control and the guest is encouraged to follow up with their bank.
