Enjoy a home away from home resort style holiday in our family friendly home situated in a quiet court, close to all local amenities being minutes away from the CBD. A great place for families of any age with a beautiful fully enclosed spacious backyard, large pool, BBQ and plenty of parking for cars/boats/caravans/trailers etc. It comprises of two large living areas with TV's, fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area, bathroom, separate toilet and self contained laundry with washer, dryer and extra shower. It accommodates 8-10 people with four bedrooms; two rooms with queen size beds, two rooms with single bunk beds and a pull out double bed/couch in the second lounge area.

Cancellation Policy
Check-In Time 2:00 PM | Check-Out Time 10:00 AM
Off Peak Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made greater than 7 days of your arrival date will incur a $50.00 AUD cancellation fee .
Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.
Peak Periods Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made greater than 21 days of your arrival date will incur a $50.00 AUD cancellation fee .
Cancellations made within 21 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.
Note: Variances can be agreed on, but only by arrangement with the owner via email or phone.
A payment in full, constitute the client(s) acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked, however, we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
We appreciate most respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
Guests:
Number of guests should not exceed the number confirmed, booked, and paid for.
Fees will apply for excess guests agreed to with the owners in advance.
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
The price charge is for domestic use only and not commercial.
According, this rate does not allow for extra wear and tear associated with parties, and functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibly during their stay.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of your stay.
Smoking:
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside or outside of the premises.
Pets:
Strictly no pets inside or outside of the premises.
Loss:
The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Departure:
Check out time is 10am.
The property should be left neat and tidy with bins emptied, kitchen clean and BBQ cleaned if used.
Additional cleaning time over our normal hours maybe charged as an extra if house is left in an un-rentable state.
